This is an addendum to Kim's email re weigh-in procedures - This Pertains directly to ALL Coaches:

Due to the fact that we have various teams playing at various locations it will be difficult for me to weigh-in the opponent's teams. This is the hierarchal order of who will perform the weigh-ins and who is near the scale:

SCPW Official - If this person is present, they perform the weigh-ins. All coaches, including head coach are AWAY from scale
IF Town President is present (me), I will perform weigh-ins. All coaches, including head coach are AWAY from scale
If Town Board of Directors Member (Including AD & Asst. Directors of FB), they will perform weigh-ins. All coaches, including head coach are AWAY from scale
If NONE of the above are present, the Head Coach will perform weigh-ins. All remaining coaches are AWAY from scale

Please follow this order of authority and do not crowd the scales - I will get a report and coaches will be suspended. weigh-ins should go smooth and orderly.

Tell the players to come to the first game scale in their full uniforms, except for the kids that didn't make certification weight or were absent from jamboree

Lastly and MOST IMPORTANTLY be reminded that the HEAD COACH is responsible for ALL Trumbull behavior and their will be consequences. KEEP Everyone under control by knowing the rules.
