FINAL Registration Dates 2011 Season:

FINAL Registration dates for Football & Cheer 2011 season will take place at the Trumbull Library on Quality Street:


football July 14, Thursday, 6pm to 8pm

football July 23, Saturday, 9:30am to 12noon

football July 27, Wednesday, 6pm to 8pm

** Please make sure YOU and YOUR SON attends one of the above registration dates. All players MUST be weighed for their final team placement **

RETURNING Players must bring:

football Individual school picture (Wallet Size)

football Completed Medical Form signed and stamped by your pediatrician

football Photocopy of Final 2010-2011 Report Card (the entire card - DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OUT) ... Only photocopies will be accepted.

NEW Players must bring:

football An ORIGINAL birth certificate and a PHOTOCOPY of it. (Original birth certificates will be returned at the end of August. Showing a copy of your son's original birth certificate is a requirement of the Southern Connecticut Pop Warner League. New players cannot be registered with the League without it.)
