2020 Season Registration Dates - 4/22 and 4/25



Registration dates for the 2020 Football and Cheer season will be as follows at the Trumbull Library:


Wednesday, April 22nd  6pm-8pm
Saturday, April 25th  10am-12pm


Each player must also provide several documents before they can participate starting on August 1, 2020. We must have all of the documents listed or we can not allow your child to train with their team, instead they will be forced to sit on the sidelines. After school ends we hold several paperwork drop off dates in combination with equipment and uniform sizing for football and uniform fitting for Cheerleading. Dates TBD are usually in July. All forms must be dated and signed after January 1, 2020. We cannot accept forms from last season.


1. 2020 Physical Form (PDF). 

2. 2020 Participant Contract and Parental consent form (PDF).

3. Original Birth Certificate with raised seal (for new players only, please also bring a copy).

4. Legible and clear COPY of participants Final report card with ALL marking periods. Please do not give us an incomplete report card! We collect reports cards for all participants in pre-K and above (that's over 150 students) calculate the GPA and file the copy in our Team Books for Certification by the League. We can not track down parents to return originals. Please do not include envelopes or statistic reports for reading, math and district tests. Also, if a student transferred mid-year we need report cards from all schools attended.
